1. Click the appropriate link on the download page to download the latest release.  Then open the file:
   
   Click Run
2. The file should download and run:
   
   
   
3. Run Network Menus: Click Run to install Network Menus
4. It is important that you close all Internet Explorer and Network Browser windows (if you are upgrading) before proceeding.
5. Follow the on-screen wizard to install Network Menus.  The default options will fully install Network Menus.
6. Network Menus should now open in Internet Explorer
7. You can move the toolbar up and down by dragging it's grab handle (shown here):
   
   
   
   
   If you don't have a grab handle, select View → Toolbars → Lock The Toolbars (the tick should disappear)
8. It is best to move the toolbars around to look like this:
   
   
   
   
   Please Note that owing to a fault in Internet Explorer, you may have to repeat this operation when you next load Internet Explorer, but not on subsequent occasions.
