Network Menus

Troubleshooting

Here are a few rare problems you may encounter when using Network Menus™, and how to solve them:

Almost all problems you experience can be solved in two easy steps:

Step 1

Close Internet Explorer

The first thing you should try if a problem occurs is to close ALL Internet Explorer windows.

Open "Task Manager" by pressing "ctrl"+"alt"+"del":

Select the "Processes" tab at the top, and left-click once on "NetworkMenusCore.exe".

Click "End Process".

If you are met by the screen above, click "Yes".

Repeat the process for all processes called "iexplore.exe" also.

Open Internet Explorer. If the problem still persists, continue to Stage 2 below.

Step 2

Refresh

The "Refresh" button is located on the right of your Network Menus™ toolbar:

   Click the "Refresh" button  .

Click "Refresh Menus" in the list of options provided.

You will be met by this alert:

Click "Yes" to refresh your menus, replacing them with those on the server.

Repeat Stage 1 above, and check whether the problem has been solved.

99% of the time, your problem will now have been solved. If it has not, try restarting your computer.

No. The problem still has not been solved.

In the rare event that a problem persists despite you carrying out the troubleshooting methods, report the issue.

This is easily done by clicking the "Help" tab located at the right of your Network Menus™ toolbar:

Click "Report an Issue"

You will be directed to the following screen:

Select the area of your problem from the "Which Programme..." drop-down menu.

Your username should automatically appear. If it does not, type it in. Leaving your username blank means we cannot get back to you regarding the problem.

Type in the subject of your report in the "Subject:" text box.

Type in a detailed description of your problem in the "Please describe..." text box. You can also give us suggestions on how to improve Network Menus™.

Click the "Submit" button at the bottom to report your issue. Make sure you have an active internet connection when doing this.

We will get back to you as soon as possible with our advice. If we cannot fix the problem in the foreseeable future, we will notify you.
